Reordering policy - Alforse

Each part has a reordering policy, set per location on the item’s Planning tab, that determines when and how much to replenish. Its determines whether the result is a or a .

Policy	Triggers when	Orders
Manual Reorder	never automatically	nothing: you order by hand
Demand-Based Reorder	demand appears in an accumulation window	enough to cover that window’s demand (plus any safety stock), grouped by the accumulation period
Fixed Reorder Quantity	on-hand falls to the reorder point	a fixed reorder quantity
Maximum Quantity	on-hand falls to the reorder point	enough to reach the maximum inventory quantity
