# 客戶入口網站

> 提供客戶一個私人的唯讀連結，讓他們不需要 Alforse 帳號，就能追蹤未結銷售訂單、到期日、數量，以及生產現場的工單進度。

客戶總想知道自己的訂單進行到哪裡。使用客戶入口網站，您只需傳送一個永久連結，客戶就能隨時自行查看，不需要登入 Alforse。入口網站由銷售與客服人員設定；客戶只能檢視，無法編輯。

## 入口網站的內容

每個入口網站只屬於一位客戶，且只顯示該客戶的資料：

* 每一筆銷售訂單明細的狀態；
* 客戶的採購與工程聯絡人；
* 訂單日期與到期日；
* 料號與版次；
* 已完成與已出貨的數量；
* 工單各工序的進度；
* 附加在客戶工單工序上、可供下載的檔案。

## 設定入口網站

每位客戶各有一個專屬的私人網址入口網站。

1. 前往 **銷售 → 配置 → 入口網站**（Sales → Configure → Portals）。
2. 新增入口網站，並選擇它所屬的客戶。
3. 在新增的資料列上複製私人網址。
4. 將該網址傳送給客戶端的聯絡人。

HEADS UP

**網址就是唯一的金鑰**

開啟入口網站不需要登入，因此只要持有連結就能看到其中所有內容。請僅與有權查看該客戶訂單資訊的人員分享。

## 限制

| 限制 | 說明 |
| - | - |
| 範圍 | 一個入口網站只對應一筆客戶記錄；不會顯示任何其他客戶的訂單。 |
| 下載 | 僅限客戶自己工單的檔案，且每位訪客皆有速率限制。 |
| 方案 | Business 與 Partner。 |
