# 公司設定

> 設定公司的身分、地址、基準貨幣與標誌，以及每個 Alforse 模組在執行時讀取的功能開關與預設值。

Alforse 中的每筆記錄與設定都屬於某一家**公司**。管理員使用設定頁面來描述公司（名稱、地址、貨幣、標誌），並為公司內的所有人開啟功能並調整其預設值。

## 設定如何組織

每家公司的設定背後有兩筆記錄：

* **`company`** 記錄保存身分：名稱、地址、貨幣與標誌。
* 成對的 **`companySettings`** 記錄保存功能開關與預設值，每家公司一列。

設定選單把頁面分成三個區段：

### 誰可以開啟哪一頁

所有設定頁面都需要員工存取權。少數頁面有額外條件：

## 公司記錄

在**設定 → 公司**下編輯公司的身分。文件與過帳都會讀取這些值，因此在此處的變更會顯示在之後列印的所有內容上。

租戶的身分：每份文件與每筆過帳都從這一筆記錄讀取。

### 使用多家公司

一位使用者可以屬於多家公司，並用公司選擇器在它們之間切換。設定、貨幣與文件編號都是每家公司各自保存。具有 `parentCompanyId` 的公司是子公司；[公司間會計](https://docs.alforse.com/zh-Hant/docs/reference/intercompany.md)說明合併與抵銷如何運作。

## 功能開關與預設值

功能開關與預設值存放在 `companySettings` 列中。大多數在**設定 → 模組**頁面變更；雙重驗證強制執行在**設定 → 系統 → 安全性**。表格列出實際的欄位名稱，依編輯它們的頁面分組（標籤尺寸不屬於單一頁面）。

### 會計

從**設定 → 會計**編輯。

| 設定 | 類型 | 效果 |

| `accountingEnabled` | boolean | 總帳開關，帶有 Alpha 標章。開啟時，交易會建立日記帳分錄並更新總帳。只有 Alforse 內部人員可以變更。請參閱[會計](https://docs.alforse.com/zh-Hant/docs/reference/accounting.md)。 |
| `assetTaxDepreciationEnabled` / `assetTaxRate` | boolean / number | 以指定稅率追蹤固定資產的第二份、僅供稅務使用的折舊排程。 |

### 人員與現場

從**設定 → 人員**編輯。

| `timeCardEnabled` | boolean | 開啟現場工時卡。 |

### 安全性

### 品項

從**設定 → 品項**編輯。

| `materialGeneratedIds` | boolean | 開啟：Alforse 為每項新物料產生可讀的 ID。 |

### 庫存

從**設定 → 庫存**編輯。

| `kanbanOutput` | enum | 看板卡片列印的內容：`label`、`qrcode` 或 `url`。 |

### 規劃

以下全部從**設定 → 規劃**編輯。

| `mrpRunTime` | time | 排程 MRP 啟動的時刻，以公司的時區為準。空白表示預設頻率：每 3 小時。請參閱[規劃](https://docs.alforse.com/zh-Hant/docs/reference/planning.md#when-it-runs)。 |
| `defaultPlanningHorizonDays` | number | 除非品項另行覆寫，否則將規劃表格限制在這麼多天內的動作與建議訂單。空白或 0 表示不限制。請參閱[規劃期間](https://docs.alforse.com/zh-Hant/docs/reference/planning.md#planning-horizon)。 |
| `rescheduleToleranceDays` | number | 未結訂單的日期與其需求日期之間的天數差距，MRP 在提出加急或延後之前所容忍的範圍。預設為 7。請參閱[重新排程容忍度](https://docs.alforse.com/zh-Hant/docs/reference/planning.md#reschedule-tolerance)。 |
| `defaultResponsibleEmployee` | text | 當品項、其品項群組與地點都未指定負責人時，規劃動作的備用指派對象。請參閱[規劃負責人](https://docs.alforse.com/zh-Hant/docs/reference/planning.md#planning-ownership)。 |

### 採購

從**設定 → 採購**編輯。

| `updateLeadTimesOnReceipt` | boolean | 開啟：每次收貨都會重新計算供應商的前置時間。 |
| `purchasePriceUpdateTiming` | enum | 採購價格何時更新：`Purchase Invoice Post` 或 `Purchase Order Finalize`。 |
| `showSupplierReadableId` | boolean | 供應商的可讀 ID 是否顯示在介面中。 |

### 品質

從**設定 → 品質**編輯。

| `enforceInspectionFourEyes` | boolean | 開啟：每次檢驗都必須由第二個人簽核。 |

### 銷售

從**設定 → 銷售**編輯。

| `digitalQuoteEnabled` / `digitalQuoteIncludesPurchaseOrders` | boolean | 為客戶開啟數位報價單，並決定數位報價單是否也包含採購單。 |
| `quoteLineCategoryMarkups` | jsonb | 各類別的預設加成，套用於報價單明細。 |
| `showCustomerReadableId` | boolean | 客戶的可讀 ID 是否顯示在介面中。 |

### 標籤與通知地址

| 設定 | 類型 | 效果 |

| `productLabelSize` / `shelfLabelSize` | text | 產品標籤與貨架標籤的預設尺寸。 |

## 基準貨幣

每家公司只有一個 `baseCurrencyCode`，在開通引導時選定。外幣交易會依其匯率換算，過帳金額則以基準貨幣儲存。由於公司整段過帳歷史都以它表示，開始交易之後請將基準貨幣視為固定不變。

子公司可以使用與母公司不同的基準貨幣；合併時會處理換算。

## 主題與標籤

* **主題。**Alforse 內建四種色彩主題：alforse light（預設）、Modern、Brutal 與 Blueberry。每位使用者各自選擇，選擇結果存在瀏覽器 cookie 中，因此不會影響同事。文件範本有自己獨立的主題設定。
* **標籤。**標籤是依公司與資料表各自保存的自由格式標示。因此品項標籤與工單標籤是各自獨立的詞彙。

## 疑難排解

| 找不到**公司**頁面。 | 該頁面僅限 Alforse 內部人員。 | 透過開通引導與公司選擇器建立並切換公司。 |
| 找不到**備份**頁面。 | 備份需要 Business 方案。 | 升級方案。 |
| 找不到**計費**頁面。 | 你不是公司的擁有者。 | 請公司擁有者處理。 |
| 會計開關呈灰色。 | 只有 Alforse 內部人員可以變更；頁面會顯示**會計功能已啟用**或**會計功能已停用**。 | 聯絡 Alforse 支援。 |
| 同事仍看到舊主題。 | 主題是依使用者設定，存在 cookie 中。 | 每個人各自選擇自己的主題。 |
| 某個「模組」開關似乎沒有效果。 | 模組在執行時讀取旗標，而且功能也可能取決於你的方案。 | 在認定開關壞掉之前，先檢查你的方案。 |
